Apprenticeship Program
Since 2000, EPAC’s U.S. Department of Labor–certified Apprenticeship Program has prepared the next generation of skilled trades professionals through a blend of classroom instruction and on-the-job training.

We offer training in 27 trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, ironwork, painting and drywall, cement masonry, and heavy equipment operation. Apprentices gain the education and work hours required for certification in their chosen field.

Graduates who earn their Journeyman Certificate can work as a Journeyman anywhere in the country, opening doors to greater career opportunities and a higher quality of life.

Currently, the Apprenticeship Program is available exclusively to EPAC members. If you are not an EPAC member — or not employed by an EPAC member — we encourage you to contact local trade schools or El Paso Community College (EPCC) to learn about their training opportunities.
